Authentic countryside!
Beautiful restored building and room. Accommodating host. Large room. Quiet. Poor GSM connection inside. You have to drive a few km to do anything.

Una cascina sapientemente ristrutturata mantenendo intatta la sua natura, immersa nel verde di prati curatissimi e con ampio parcheggio. Gestione familiare, molto pulito, buona colazione, con pochi ma buoni prodotti locali e artigianali. Non c’è nulla intorno e la macchina è fortemente necessaria

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Relais per 3 notti e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. Noi lo abbiamo usato come base per poi muoverci con la macchina verso Mantova e per visitare la zona del Mantovano come Sabbioneta (un vero e proprio gioiellino che ci ha sopreso davvero tanto) e San Benedetto Po. Il Relais è stato ristrutturato davvero molto bene mantenendo la magia di un cascinale rustico di campagna. E' a gestione famigliare e la signora Francesca è stata davvero molto disponibile a rendere il nostro soggiorno perfetto. La colazione è servita direttamente da loro e si trovano sempre torte buonissime e fresche e volendo c'è anche una piccola proposta di salato (come toast, salumi e formaggio). In camera tutti i giorni lasciano due bottigliette di acqua di cortesia. La camera spaziosissima e pulitissima, si entra in camera e si sente il profumo di pulito (cosa che fa molto piacere). la distanza da Mantova è di circa 20 minuti di macchina. all'esterno si può parcheggiare la macchina nell'ampia corte. il posto è tranquillo. Soddisfatti del nostro weekend. Consigliatissimo!

Siamo capitati in questo relais quasi per caso, cercando una location vicina a una coppia di nostri amici che siamo andati a trovare. Camera grandissima, bagno spazioso e personale molto cortese, gentilissimi con noi e la nostra bambina. Colazione ottima, non abbondante ma in entrambe le mattine abbiamo avuto modo di assaggiare dolci tipici del posto. Posizione comoda a pochi minuti dal casello e a meno di un’ora da Modena, Mantova e Verona.

Posto carino in mezzo al verde ma lontanissimo da Mantova o dal centro, acqua del rubinetto non potabile (esce gialla: ci è stato detto per presenza di ferro...), colazione composta quasi interamente da cose confezionate (in una stanza minuscola a fronte delle oltre 14 camere presenti...) personale che stenta ad essere gentile e senza la minima esperienza in ambito ricettivo, camere con alcune finestre prive di scuri quindi illuminate a giorno, cani liberi che hanno fatto pipì davanti alla nostra camera. Prezzo assolutamente alto: soldi buttai via.
