The location is good, there are fast food restaurants nearby, the service is very good, but I received a consumer order in the morning, I went to explain it, it should be wrong. Adjacent rooms are arranged to communicate with each other, which is very convenient.

If I would have been told there is no elevator to the second floor and that the restaurant closes at 8 pm for food I would have stayed elsewhere. Carrying two 50lb bags up to flights of stairs is ridiculous!! I am not a complainer but im in good shape and many are not so this should be made aware to patrons. The restaurant is open until 11 pm but kitchen closes early at 8 pm??? Not good if you come in later, but they did sell us a bottle of wine to take to our room and ordered skip the dishes.

This hotel was a little out of the way, but with the free shuttle to the airport, it was easy to get downtown using the UP train. The restaurant on the premises is pretty good and has good drinks. This hotel is quiet and not the most expensive which was exactly what we were looking for. If you’re looking for a cheaper hotel next to the airport this one is perfect!
