Best Western Airport Inn

The staff is friendly and efficient, offering great service. Guests appreciate the convenient location near attractions and amenities. The warm breakfast is also well-received.

We were two couples that rented two separate rooms at this hotel going and coming on our vacation to Tennessee. The price was very reasonable, so I didn't expect the Hilton. The furnishings in the open areas of the hotel and in the bedrooms looked and smelled old. Besides smelling old, the bedroom also had a peculiar smell. However, for the most part, our room, the breakfast room, and the lobby/front desk appeared to be clean. Linens and towels looked very clean. The edge of the sidewalk where it butted up to the parking areas looked a little trashy with paper and cigarette butts. The selection of food they had for breakfast was about standard, except for the "scrambled" eggs. They looked weird, like a piece of yellow foam. On our way back from TN, we stayed there again. This time, the room we got felt humid all night. The sidewalks/parking lot appeared trashier than the week before. I accidently spilled water on the floor inside our bedroom and wiped it up with the bathroom floor towel and was appalled at how dirty the towel got. It was FILTHY. Clearly, the tile floors had not been cleaned in a very long time. I took photos and took the towel to the front desk to show them how dirty the floors were. The young woman apologized, and hurriedly took the towel away. Unlike the first time, this time the breakfast room floor was dirty with numerous dried up coffee spills. This time, I also decided to try a hard-boiled egg for breakfast. When I peeled it, the egg white was an "orangey" color. I took photos and then threw it away!!! The location of this hotel is very convenient, and I can put up with old. But, I cannot put up with trashy and filthy. I've attached photos of the towel and the egg.
