Bad experience
Cleaning service was only on mondays despite it’s advertised for everyday. If you stay Monday to Friday you will never get the room cleaned.
I have to leave two days earlier than what I had initialiy scheduled and paid. I had purchased the Guard® travel insurance plan to be covered in case something happened. ended up losing the money for the 2 days I didn’t stay and the money I had paid for the insurance. The hotel refused to give any refund.

Felt unsafe and no sleep.
Smell of bleach in the room was over whelming. Body hair was in the sink. Rude nighttime desk clerk. People above me running back and forth for hours and said nothing could be done to stop them. Felt unsafe and could not sleep. Left room at 2:30 am due to this.
