Front desk needs to be manned far more than it is. Front desk staff need to be empowered to make service related decisions in real time. We asked for a $4.00 charge to be waived as we needed bottled water when the front desk complimentary water ran out but this opportunity to make a customer happy, was refused. We had a confirmed reservation for a King Size room but were given a Queen bedroom; too tired to ask Receptionist to switch rooms for us so we made do with the Queen beds. Shower curtain a tad short to keep water from flooding the bathroom floor. There was a "fire alarm" (which turned out to be a false alarm) but you could dramatically improve the safety of all guests by installing some kind of public address on each floor to tell guests the nature of the emergency and to vacate rooms, avoid using the elevators and gather in the forecourt until after the fire fighters had given the all clear. Lots of room for improvement at this establishment.

When traveling to the United States on business, this place is quite convenient. Traveling around is OK. The hotel provides breakfast. I will choose this place for my next business trip. The price/performance ratio is relatively high.

The rooms are incredibly dirty and have clear bugs, which look remarkably similar to bed bugs. Marriott said there were no other rooms. It is a disgusting environment. The rooms are not remotely clean. I am disgusted. This may be the worst hotel I have been to in the United States.

Reasonably clean but shopworn property. Pros: breakfast attendant was outstanding! Food and selection decent. Thickest hotel washcloths ever! Cons: toilet wouldn't flush beginning 9 pm. When reported to front desk next morning there was not even an apology! Heating system set at 71, room was 76! System alternated between blowing heat and cooled air. Also front desk reported that some rooms didn't have hot water, fortunately ours did. Luggage trolley had flat tires. Management and maintenance are lacking here. Wouldn't stay here again

George was awesome. Paid for a king and went to check in and they didn’t have any. Didn’t offer any kind of compensation or credit for not having what I paid for. Seemed like they didn’t really care.
