This is an absolutely charming and super comfortable property. The place has delightful art nouveau decor but the retro charm is combined with fast wifi, easily accessible plugs and lights everywhere, comfortable beds with a lot of excellent pillows and crisp sheets, great water pressure, and a really well equipped kitchen full of snacks and everything you need to feel right at home. Those leather couches and chairs in the living room are so cushy.
Carole is a thoughtful and extremely welcoming host. After a long grueling winter drive, being met with a fire and a humidifier running was absolutely perfect. The list of all the nearby stores and restaurants with their opening hours was a really helpful touch.
An early walk along the river the next morning communing with ravens and enjoying the ice lilypads was a lovely mind-clearing start to the day. I would stay here again anytime!

Amazing suite with wonderful management
This was such a great stay- really comfortable, well equipped full apartment. Lovely decor and furnishings and lots of character. The property manager is on site and very helpful and responsive. The hotel is overlooking the river with a beautiful view and paved pathway leading from it to the river. Walkable and accessible to downtown.

Historical Stay
We were passing through Peace River and so, was just one night. Very clean rooms. All appliances worked. We brought our own dinner and all utensils were there.

Highly recommended! The rooms are spacious, clean and offer lots of amenities including washer & drier, full kitchen and full bath. Even a few nibbly treats. The air conditioning kept the rooms nice and cool even in very hot weather. Nice location - easy access to the walking path along the river and walking distance from town centre and good restaurants. Great host who offered excellent advice on where to eat & walks along the river. Plus a delightful four-legged 'greeter'. Great accommodation at an excellent price. Tops on my list for any future trips to Peace River.
