The place is gross … good customer service let us upgrade our room to the best they have still totally gross … .

A great little place

Not a bad place to stay. Well located on a main street. Clean and neat. Microwave and small refrigerator functional. Parking in front of room. Minimal amenities. Non-smoking room but the folks next door smoked like chimneys while boozing out back. We did not partake of breakfast. Safeway is very close and we usually just eat yogurt. The coffee maker was an antique and the coffee pods were ancient. We bring our own Keurig. Overall, satisfactory but sort of seedy.

If you enjoy worn out mattresses, foam pillows and dirty carpets this is the place for you. Fruit flies in the room in abundance. Free breakfast was not good. Towels super thin. I stayed in room 108. I would never stay here again. There was also no safe in my room. It would be nice if Payson had a nice hotel. Only reason I gave it a 2 was because the people that worked there were nice. Tough to sleep when people hang out behind your room until midnight.

Do not stay here!! Rooms are extremely dated, in bad conditions, and I almost died in one of their in room hot tubs. Very dangerous, and no one takes accountability for their defective products. The drain in the hot tub ****** me in and I could not get out. It was pulling me in from my back and butt area like a sunction cup. It was like a magnetic feel and I couldn't pull my body out. Fortunately my boyfriend jumped in when he heard me screaming and managed to pull me out. I notified the front desk and there was not even an apology. They claimed they would have a maintenance guy check out the room, but that was never done. I asked to speak to the manager and she took 3 days to return my call. When she finally called me back (Deb) she apologized and said she was big on accountability, for me to please give her a day to speak to the owner. The next day she called me back and said a maintenance person checked out the hot tub and there were no issues like I had experienced. That in the 18 months she has worked there, there hasn't been any issue like this. She offered me a 20% off discount for my stay. How insulting is that? I nearly die in your hot tub and you offer me a 20% discount? Obviously the safety of your customers is not top priority. I had to also see a Doctor for my injuries on my own. No offer to pay for me to be checked out. Please do not stay at this inn!! It is not safe. I am seeking legal help currently for what happened and I will be posting the pictures soon here of my injuries. My back was extremely injured. Red swelling and bruising. I still have back pain from the accident in Mountain Inn's whirlpool tub. I am posting this for everyone's safety. This establishment obviously does not care anything about their customers. But I will make sure everyone knows what happened to me here and hopefully prevent anyone else from experiencing the terrifying experience that I had while staying here.

Went for Ann, book because of location and the pool, at check in ask if it was open and hours, and it was closed in the morning, the staff didn't know or care, tub would drain , this was a horrible time. When emails went to the manager he did care, stay elsewhere.
