After booking Majestic Mountain through a 3rd party booking company, our reservation was all messed up and would have left us changing rooms midway through our stay. The delightful woman at the front desk, Natalie, was determined to not let that happen, and with help from Harvey, they allowed us to stay in a much more expensive room at no additional fee to us, just to make sure we didn't have to move with our kiddos. Natalie continued spending hours of her own time that evening sorting out our booking and checking in on us numerous times to be sure we were satisfied. We were extremely touched by the kindness of these two, and had a truly wonderful experience because of them. It is lovely to know there are still good people running businesses in this world!
