To sum it up: could be worse but could also be much better. The good: staff is trying, bed clean and comfy, room interior updated, light switch by the bed. The bad: mold in the bathroom, no real shower just a hose and tub, towels old and stiff, toilet doesn’t flush properly ,the whole place is kind of dumpy. Just not worth the 149.- I paid. Breakfast is ok but again could be done so much better with a bit more love and care. They do have a kids playing area which is a nice try but again, see above also applies for the play area. The pictures online are misleading because they only show the one nicely renovated wall of the rooms and not the rest. I wouldn’t stay there again unless I really had to.

The hotel needs a little love. No a/c. No shower. Very polite and helpful personnel, they understood English, but replied only in French. Source of confusion.

The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet, which are all important for a good stay. But the hotel is old, especially the bathroom, which wasn't very relaxing. It's fine for a quick business trip, but if you want something more modern or fun, you might be disappointed.

As a long-stay resident at La Suite, Dubai, I have had the pleasure of frequenting Aqua Restaurant, and my experiences have consistently been exceptional. The team, led by Leo and supported by outstanding individuals such as Prakash, John-Michael, Dharma, Jahir, and waitress Ashley, has made each visit truly memorable. Leo, as the leader of the waitstaff, sets an impeccable standard for service. His attention to detail, warm hospitality, and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction contribute significantly to the overall welcoming atmosphere of Aqua Restaurant. Prakash, John-Michael, Doran, and Dharma consistently deliver outstanding service. Their knowledge of the menu, professionalism, and ability to anticipate guest needs create a dining experience that is both enjoyable and seamless. Jahir and Ashley, managing the water service and serving as a waitress, respectively, further enhance the overall experience. Jahir's attentiveness with water service adds a refreshing touch, while Ashley's friendly and efficient service as a waitress elevates the dining experience. Together, Leo, Prakash, John-Michael, Dharma, Jahir, and Ashley form a stellar team that reflects the high standards of Aqua Restaurant. As a long-stay resident, I am grateful for the consistently exceptional service and warm hospitality provided by this remarkable team. Aqua Restaurant has truly become a home away from home, thanks to their dedication to ensuring every visit is a delightful experience.
