Отдыхали в начале октября.Погода отличная,море теплое .Сам отель не новый,местами уже износился,номеры в главном корпусе старые.Еда нормальная,есть выбор и очень порадовало ,что давали хорошее гранатовое вино.Был ужин с морепродуктами.Но не смотря на то,что отель старенький в нем приятная атмосфера как на даче.Порадавала анимация,вечером проводили смешные конкурсы и сценки,были и приезжие артисты.Лежаков хватало,были всегда на пирке,была классная горка.Особенно порадовало расположение отеля,все в шаговой доступности и рынок,тц и автобусная остановка до Алании.Если провести реконструкцию и обновить его,то будет круто.Имейте ввиду,что он далеко от аэропорта Анталии ,ехать групповым автобусом будите долго .У туроператора индивидуальный трансфер дорогой,поэтому пришлось искать в интернете .,нашли в ВК «Тур у Алика»..и не пожалели,все четко,встретили с табличкой,оплата после доставки в отель и еще по дороге заказали экскурсии тк они их тоже предоставляют.А!и стоимость трансфера доступная,это важно.Понравился район Алании и сама Алания!

Воняет из всех щелей, а в левом корпусе отэля воняют номера так что не передать и главное что не один номер и не два а практически все. Вобщем из душа с туалетом несло канализацией так что резало глаза. Когда обратились с этой вонючей проблемой к сотрудникам прислали двух рабочих, они поковырялись но вонять не перестало.

Удасный отель. Номера кошмарные, врняет плесенью, как и вся мебель в отеле очень старая, отношение персонала на ресепшене ужасный. Анимации нет. Скучно было всем и детям и взрослым. Еда только 5 *. Отель не соответствует заявленной звезды. Зря потраченые деньги. Из плюсов место расположения из отеля можно сразу выйти в цивилизацию. Даже бесплатно в этот отель не поехали бы. У нас даже нет фото с отдыха.

Очень чистый пляж,на территории много зелени, кормят очень вкусно и много.Решили в этот раз сходить в A la carte рекомендую турецкий и мексиканский. Номера чистые убирают каждый день,в номере есть мини бар пополняют каждый день бесплатно,много хорошего алкоголя, вкусный кофе как в кофейне в лобби баре.Были два раза везде всё понравилось!

This hotel is very good and we are really enjoyed our holidays in the sun, staff are great and make you feel comfortable and looked after, special thanks for bar guy Mindaugas , very professional and always with big smile😊, food is great lot's to choose from off food opinions. All area very clean and beautiful. Definitely would come back for another stay. Thanks guys

Superb holiday! Fantastic weather, amazing food and great service! The cleaners surprised us one day with a lovely flower arrangement in our room. Great to swim off the pier in the warm sea, with the fish! The only downside was that we were the only visitors from the UK! Also, you need to be early to find a sunbed, without a towel on it! It’s a huge place, and there is lots to do! Great value for money!

Just got back from this hotel. It says it’s 5*, which maybe was true 15 years ago. What I mean is that the hotel and rooms desperately need a complete renovation. Rooms are smelly as are some places at the territory of the hotel (it seems to have a problem with sewage). Rooms are “cleaned” daily but the floor still remained not cleaned, even when specifically asked to do so. There is no ventilation in bathrooms. Food: mediocre at its best. No seafood (some overcooked fish is not seafood). Restaurant is quite big and it looks like there’s plenty of variety to choose from but majority of food is either overcooked or barely eatable. Drinks are local (which is no good). Cocktails aren’t good in all the bars. No special food for babies, except that one baby food thing which is served 3 times a day. Service: staff is trying to do its best and speak at least few languages which makes things simpler. I would rank it 4* and only AI but definitely not 5* with UAI (which we paid for). I would suggest strongly consider going to this hotel since there are plenty of much better options for the same price range.

На ультра всё включено не тянет.Уборка номера поверностно,только определяешь по засланым постелям.Воняет конализацией частенько.в номерах вай фая нет.на двоих дают один ключ от номера.когда интересуешся,отвечают что концепция отеля.Не должна быть концеция такая в ультра 5*!!!!! Еда норм,но мооепродуктов особо не было.ничем не удивляли. Баров много,алкоголь в доступе везде.
