Stayed here in October 24 with a baby and two teenagers and with other relatives Wouldn’t recommend as a family resort. They didn’t have any baby changing facilities for a start. Ice cream only avail 1 hour per day which I’ve never experienced with all inclusive and we go abroad every year. Entertainment was on too late for young families. Food was shocking and really weird even for abroad. We lived on cold pasta, sauce and chips. Even the fruit was covered in flies as it was kept outside. For some reason they appear to have several patisserie chefs hanging around the dessert section during meal times? Didn’t rate any of the desserts so not sure what that is about. 3 of our party came down with severe vomiting and the rest of us did not. We met many others who had this experience too. Hotel is a fair distance from airport - I’m sure there would be much better hotels closer to Antalya. It’s actually put me off booking Turkey again. I’ve stayed in better 3* Spanish hotels. The spa is a plus point, as is the beach close by. However If it’s a family holiday you are looking for with fun and good food - there will be much better hotels for the same price, I wouldn’t risk it!!

Went quite a while ago now but the transfer was 2 hours and the driver was dodgy. We got to the hotel quite late around 1am and we tried checking in but they gave us a very small room fit for 4 but there was 5 in our party (3 kids) and the room was very cramped and they had to wheel a bed into our room for the night and dealt with it. The entertainment is very good and the slides are amazing especially the penny drop slide. The best part is the lazy river, very cool and relaxing and it is quite big but just so amazing. THe kids arcade is quite goof with ps5 and lots of bars to get drinks throughout the day. In the day there is a ripoff mcdonalds near the pool that does make burgers, chips and the usual. The surrounding area is also quite nice. There is lots of games throughout the day such as darts and water polo which is very entertaining. There is good restaraunts around such as Blue shark and various shops around.

Health Hazard: Two days into our holiday I got the worst diarrhoea and vomiting bug I have ever had (having not left the complex and eaten mostly salad). I spent the day in bed with aching muscles and a temperature. I made it down to the poolside for an hour which is just as well as my husband badly injured his foot on cracked tiles on the edge of the pool. The lifeguard was called over and he got him medical attention. The wound was disinfected and dressed and he was advised to keep it dry so no more swimming for him. We were also advised to see a doctor for prophylactic antibiotics. As a nurse myself, I had a comprehensive medical kit with us so we decided to self manage it. The next day my husband went down with the same D&V bug that I had and so we tagged teamed the bathroom as I still wasn’t feeling well. To try and protect the children I asked reception for a seperate bedroom for myself and the girls as by this point, despite still feeling unwell, I would no longer be contagious. The hotel staff refused to give us a complimentary room so I ended up paying an extra €200 for the two nights. They said there was no evidence of my husband being ill and he would need to see a doctor to prove his illness - I offered to give them access to the hotel room which would undoubtedly have evidenced his illness within a very short time frame. The staff were rude and unhelpful. When I messaged the tour rep for assistance, my messages went unanswered. At 2am that night, my 9 year old daughter unfortunately started to be sick so I moved her into the room with my husband and I stayed in the other room we paid for with my 14 year old. Unfortunately my 9 year old was so sick over night (13 different occasions) and was unable to even keep water down, that she ended up in hospital the next day for IV fluids and IV antisickness medication and IV medication to stop her diarrhoea. She had bloods done which showed a bacterial infection and so was given antibiotics to take away with her. The cost of the hospital trip was over £1400. In a one week all inclusive holiday, I lost 2.5kg due to my illness (and my BMI before I went was 24). We put a complaint in to the hotel and they have denied everything, saying it is not related to their food and could have been from other sources as we do not have a stool sample as evidence. They are therefore not willing to appologise or offer compensation. They also state no one else got ill at the hotel the same week we were there. I can tell you that the family that wrote the post about the bedbugs and the sickness bug was there the same week we were! We left the hotel on Wednesday morning after my husband injured his foot on the Sunday - nothing had been done about the broken tiles on the edge of the pool - nothing to block them off from other people injuring themselves and nothing to repair them.

Holiday of nightmares - enjoyed two days of sunshine followed by a very long night and day of the worst vomiting and diarrhoea I have ever experienced, high temperature, aching muscles - must have been the food as had not left the hotel. I had been eating a lot of the salad as I was assured it was safe as it had been washed in specially filtered water. It meant I missed the pirate ship excursion we had booked the next day. A little over 48 later my husband started to feel unwell and by that evening he down with the same thing. Contacted reception to see if they could move myself and my daughters to another room to try and protect them from catching it - they refused to give us a complimentary room so we had to pay another €200 for the two nights. My 9 year old then vomited (so it was obviously too late by then but at least we had two toilets to use). She vomited so much that she ended up in hospital for IV fluids and IV medications to stop the vomiting and diarrhoea. The blood tests done at the hospital confirmed a bacterial infection, therefore contagious, but the discharge letter said “non infectious gastroenteritis and colitis” presumably because we used the hotel doctors to get to the hospital and they are in cahoots. I have just bumped into the two families we met at the airport and they have also gone down with food poisoning. My husband injured his foot on the side of the pool - significantly enough that it required first aid and no more swimming for the rest of the holiday. Turned out that wasn’t a problem since he hasn’t left the hotel room since then! No apology from the hotel on either fronts. Met with hostility rather than compassion. I am just glad it was not one of the children that got injured. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you are looking for a really expensive weight loss method and enjoy spending your holiday in a hotel room tag teaming with one bathroom to share between how ever many of you have desperate need for it!

I'm going to keep it short and sweet. Definitely not 5 star... 3 at best. Bed bugs, family eaten alive Drinks terrible, anything nice is charged extra, ice cream ran out most of the time, The noise from my room. 2028 above the main lobby is absolutely dreadful every night and every morning, spoke to hotel and they don't care. Food absolutely dreadful. Food poisoning, if you like nuggets chips and onion rings then it's good. Anything else is catered for the Germans and Russians. No vegiterian options or gluten free at all! Entertainment is absolutely dreadful and nearly none existent. Some days absolutely nothing on at all. The woman is guest relations Slavetlarna I think her name is... Well she needs sacking immediately. 1 English channel on the tvs in the rooms. Beach is absolutely dreadful needles bottles and rubbish etc... The list goes on and on. Trust me when I say this hotel is dreadful.

I have never wrote a bad review for any hotel I have stayed in but yikes! This hotel is inadequate. Forget 5 star more like 2 star. Want Wi-Fi? Pay extra. Want iron in your room? Not a chance. Want a broken back from a rock mattress? Hell yes. Want cold showers? You’re in the right place! Want unhelpful reception and managers? You got it! Honestly, if you’re happy with a cheap getaway then this is the place for you but please please do not come and think you are getting 5 star. If someone would have told me this was 3 star then I would have accepted all the things I experienced (there’s plenty more but I won’t bore you with them) On a positive, the spa is incredible! I tried to spend as much time as I could here and the pools and slides are great for the kids. Atleast I’m going home tanned and 3 stone lighter because the food… no thanks.

Öncelikle her kesimin merak ettiği yemek meselesi... tatları ve çeşitleri enfestir.. yiyecekler harika... havuzlar temiz! Çalışanlar çok cana yakın beğendim... yemek şefimiz hasan abiye selamlar.. Her şeyimiz harika... eksiklere gelince türkü müzikler olması , wifi ücretli olması ve bir kaç etkinlik olsa iyi olur!
