On the first day in the evening when we arrived, we immediately wanted to go to another hotel. At the reception we were met by a man who refused to give us any room until we paid extra, although we had booked a tour in advance for three people, we refused, in the end, they still gave us a room, ruining the mood completely. While we were waiting for a room, there were two women complaining about problems in their room, and this employee suddenly forgot Russian, and how to ask us to pay extra again, he remembered. The room itself is normal, there is a refrigerator and a kettle, no shampoo, a little liquid soap, but there is regular soap. The next day, the employee at the reception changed. They told us the rules of the hotel, the sea is nearby, on the way to the sea there are two bars, there are sun loungers under a canopy, the hotel has a hamam and a sauna for free, the sea is nearby, there is also a swimming pool. The hammam is really free for two hours a day, during lunch time, but the sauna worked once every three days, although at the entrance it was indicated that from 12 to 14 the sauna and hammam are free. There is a person in the hotel who helps in case of any problems, he is not rude, not boorish, as on the day of arrival, he tries, but he cannot solve all the hotel's problems alone. The food is normal, but after eating at lunch, severe vomiting began in the evening, with a high temperature. It's good that I had medicine with me, but I vomited all night and the next day. We lay down for a day. But after a day it got better, we were able to go to the sea again and start eating. As it turned out, we were not the only ones like that. In general, a normal hotel, yes, it needs repair, the food is varied, the sea, pool and hammam are nearby, cocktails, beer, soft drinks in the bar. There are many shops within walking distance. They clean, you could say and do not clean. In 12 days, the towels were changed once. In the hotel you can buy Internet in the room: 18 euros - 10 days, it works well, I recommend. There is also animation, good. Another problem with this hotel, electronic locks, often break down, you can't get into the room, or vice versa, you go out, and the door does not close, so before leaving you must check whether the lock worked, this is a problem for many here. At the same time, it is indicated that the hotel is not responsible for the loss of things from the room, but they offer a safe for rent. Will we come here again? Of course not, why spoil your mood at the beginning of the holiday. The sea and bars are nearby, and this is the main plus. We were unable to go on an excursion, due to poor health, be sure to take medicine and shampoo with you. The hotel is one big disappointment and a waste of money. And this is despite the fact that this hotel is a little cheaper than a 5-star hotel, but the 2nd line to the sea. In general, you will pass by .... Pass by ... And do not ruin your holiday!

We went on a 3-day vacation with my family, but thankfully, we returned without any food poisoning or illness. The food was horribly bad and stale; they only serve food for 3-5 days. The pool is filthy, and the water is greenish. They don't clean the rooms, I'm not kidding. They don't change the sheets. We specifically called to ask for them to be changed because the sheets from the people who stayed before us were there, and they smelled sour. The person who changed them said their policy was to change them every 2-3 days, and that's how it always is in hotels??? The room we were given was filthy, and the toilet had turned into a lake after the previous guest showered because the drain wouldn't drain, creating a lake. On the last day, the toilet pipe burst, and the whole place was flooded, so we ended our vacation early and practically ran out of the hotel. When we left, they said they couldn't move our belongings, so we had to carry them ourselves. The hotel blocked me because I wrote a bad review, but we were in trouble, so I'm trying to write as much as I can to avoid it. You might think what I wrote is an exaggeration, but I've written even less.
