We have stayed here multiple times and each time we haven’t had any complaints. It is not a 5* hotel but you are definitely not paying for that. The room is good and clean. The pool Is great! They have nice lounge chairs and lounge area. Def worth the money and for a place this close to the beach, you can’t beat it!!

My wife and I stayed here from 9-11 May. According to their policy, there is a deposit for "incidentals" of $100.00. Fair enough, that's pretty much standard for many places. They put a hold on your card when you check in, and subsequently release it within a few days. NOT THIS PLACE, however! They put the hold on our card when we checked in, but TWO DAYS AFTER WE CHECKED OUT, THEY CHARGED OUR CARD $100.00! My wife called to confirm that there were no "incidental charges" and was told that this was just their standard practice, and that the money would be credited back within seven to ten business days! In many years of traveling, this is the first time either of us have ever experienced this sorry sort of scam! It's one thing to put a hold on someone's card, and remove it in a couple days. THAT IS "standard practice!" What's NOT standard practice" is to actually TAKE THE MONEY...likely hoping that it wouldn't be noticed, and therefore not disputed, and not bother to return it for a couple weeks! After all, many people spend a considerable amount of money on vacation, and may not notice an extra hundred missing! Absolutely UNBELIEVABLE!

Upon getting to the property we were told the system was messed up and no one knew what rooms were clean or dirty or had people in them we had to walk around to multiple rooms looking which is not your job after you have driven 8 hours rooms smelled like cigarettes must and the walk ways are disgusting

I’ve stayed at a number of places in this area and this one was the worst so far. Bedside table hanging off the wall. Placed my Stanley on it and it rolled to the floor. Sloping/soft floor in bathroom. Not the cleanest. Bedding smelled like men’s deodorant and pits, like the top blanket was never washed or changed.

Do not recommend The hotel was sending guests to rooms that weren’t ready or were already occupied. When we arrived in our room one of the beds did not have a mattress and the other had no sheets. Generally disgusting and downtrodden.

Was decent stay for the price. There’s an incidental charge added that should be aware of. Below average free breakfast also.
