Hidden gem too far away from hustle bustle of traffic, noise, pollution , with a small stream flowing by !! Hotel rooms need to be revamped , numbers deducted for neatness n cleanliness! For sure you will be cut off from outside world as networks are hard to found and the properties Wi-Fi had gone out for a toss …Carry your own water or you will be served RO water and refill only once the two bottles provided are empty ..Though the staff was very courteous and humble but property needs to get updated at the earliest… There was a large group of family which overpowered the whole property and staff was clueless that how to manage or handle them !!

It’s was a good experience, a special mention for Neeraj the manager , who made are stay special, really appreciate your gesture for 50th birthday, the cake and room decoration bought a smile to our face , was truly touched by his gesture, Neeraj is an asset for the hotel , a gem

I had an excellent stay here with my family. The service and facilities were great - all the staff were very attentive to our needs and were especially helpful in catering for my elderly relatives. The food at the restaurant was consistently of a very high quality. Suresh Lal and Naresh in the restaurant were particularly helpful and went the extra mile to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Thank you to Mukesh and the staff in the spa for our wonderful spa treatments.

We had excellent stay at Justa Rasa, Rishikesh with family for three days.. Excellent location if you are looking for peace of mind. Very courteous staff especially Mr Vijay and Neeraj. Special thanks to Chef Toofan who has god gift of beautiful voice for singing live Kumar Shanu songs and art of cooking delicious food.. Good vibes.. will visit again..

we visited the property on 13th june 2024. Booked 3 rooms for 2 days but stayed only for a day. The property is very good and beautifully maintained. The staff is very polite and courteous especially Mr. Suresh, Ashish and The Bartending staff. The food is also very good especially the North Indian Cuisine. Now comes the main issues with the property. We choose river view cottages but the the river had no water. It was completely dried up and when the wind was blowing all the sand and dust were coming into the resort. On the part which they call mountain view construction is going on which again ruins the view for which the money is spent. There are frequent power cuts and they take atleast 10 minutes for the power backup to kick in leaving you in hot weather till that time. When we complained about the dried up river they said it was seasonal. when we asked them why they have not conveyed the same over the phone when we were booking they said what's there to tell about this. we asked them then what is the meaning of river view cottages then . for this they had no answer. also the msitake we did was to opt for package including dinner. the spread is very less as compared to any other resort of the same category. Overall if you are going for good views you can clearly skip this place at this time of the season. Everything else is superb .
