★☆☆☆☆ Appalling Behavior – Never Even Made It to Booking I had a shockingly bad experience with Hotel Downtown in Lansdowne — and this was before I even made a booking. I simply reached out with a few questions, and the staff were incredibly rude, unprofessional, and used absolutely unacceptable, unparliamentary language. If this is how they treat potential guests during a simple inquiry, I can only imagine how bad the service would be during an actual stay. There was zero courtesy, no sense of customer service, and the entire interaction was downright insulting. Save yourself the trouble and choose a place that values basic decency and hospitality. This hotel clearly does not.
