Location was excellent. We were able to view the himalayas for a day inspite of a cloudy weather the previous day. What a sight to cherish. Cool, calm and serene location. We thoroughly enjoyed walking through the clouds. Hotel food was ok. Not much food options though.

when we reached the hotel the owner showed us a different room without electricity and wify. after asking her that please provide us the room which we booked . she said to give you that room i have room with no electricity and wify, As we ask our amount to her she said i son't have any money and ask us to left there hotel. it was an extremely pathetic service which we get yesterday, whole night till now we were outside and made many calls to the owner of that hotel she didn't receive it and we also lost our money. i want my money back

It was a very bad experience, no food no water, for every service you needed to walk down to reception for picking up self service like spoon chair etc. Even in my room there were open wire. Seriously the hotel owner need help in terms of managing the staff and

We had a very bad experience with this hotel. Poor management and poor hospitality. We had to wait for one hour to check in even after reaching after 1 pm. Ordered food around 2 pm which was delivered after 4 pm and that is also incomplete order. While asking for remaining order they just told us that this what only they have left. There was no water bottle and glass inside room. Table was there but no chairs. For everything we had to go downstairs and pickup the things at own as hotel staff was not listening to us. The hotel is being managed by a lady who seems to be owner but does not have any sense that how to manage the things. we have got a room at 1st floor where we had a pedestrian way for a village hence have not found such view. Also due to poor management we had to leave without having breakfast as waited for more than 2 hours. Overall this hotel is not recommended in case you are going with your family.
