It was 104 degrees outside and the lobby didn’t even have an A/C on. The rooms smell like ****. The door lock was broken. The bedspread had cigarette burns on it. It took until 9pm to get the room cooled off. What a joke. They should have paid me 80 bucks to stay here.

Pulled over in the middle of the night, this motel isn't directly off the highway but I've always stayed at ABVI so I rented here. The clerk was clearly on call and had been asleep. She was rude and acted as if I'd disturbed her. The beds were hard and I woke up with little bites all over my back.

Good air conditioning once you get it started. Felt like a safe environment. We locked ourselves out in the middle of the night and had to go to the front for help. They were fast and kind about the situation and we got back into our rooms in no time. Super nice consumer service and very good price.

We got there at about 8pm on a record heat day after driving all day. We walked into the room and it was at least 100°. We turned on the a/c full blast and it took until almost 3am to be cool enough to attempt to get any sleep. Since i had a non refundable reservation, they could have been considerate enough to turn on the a/c prior to our arrival since it was paid anyway. I'll never stay at this location or any of their locations again. Shower ****** and bathroom was sticky.
