Most welcoming and professional. Given a full explanation of the facilities and breakfast room. Breakfast room is fully provisioned and open to guests 24/7. Room very clean and beds comfortable. Shower good. If you need easy access to East Hull and Holderness then what's not to like? (maybe the creaky floor into the bathroom 🤔)

Booked a stay for two nights (writing this after the first) can’t wait to come back. The log cabin is very clean and cosy with everything you need. The breakfast room is stocked with a great range of foods and open all day if you fancy a snack at anytime. A great range of home made jams and juices for guests as well as more to buy and take away including honey from the on-site apiary and fresh apple vinegar. Gorgeous views and may even have unexpected but welcome visits from furry friends Thanks for a great stay

Stayed here for two nights with my sister whilst visiting relatives, our rooms were very good exceptionally clean, I had the pleasure of staying in the cabin (highly recommend it) Warren and Becky are superb hosts, nothing was too much trouble for them, very friendly but I’m afraid their two gorgeous dogs stole the limelight we made a friend of Lilly, ❤️ The breakfast/kitchen was very well stocked plenty of choice we could not fault this B & B so if your looking to stay in this area this is THE only place to stay if you want a peaceful stay, in a fantastic location. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Beautiful peaceful location immaculately kept garden area and lovely rooms, all spotlessly clean. We hope to use this place again later in the year as it's an ideal stopover on our way south from Shetland. We definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed for 2 nites 2nd 3rd Feb as a couple. Service excellent thanks to Warren for his hospitality. We upgraded to the cabin which was gorgeous. Views amazing location tranqui . The breakfast was help yourself set in a lovely kitchen and the variety was excellent. It's worth a visit x

Perfect place quiet. Self service breakfast room works well good choice for everyone. Very clean and comfy. Friendly host. Easy to visit beaches hull beverley are not far away. Walk to spurn point a must.

Turning up after a chewy drive to a clean, tidy, well presented blissfully quite establishment is great. Then getting up to a nice warm shower and across to the breakfast room for a continental breakfast. Work, back and relax, self catering or local cuisine, ample takeaways close by, sorted.

We have stayed here several times and every visit has had the same high standards Rooms - comfy beds great bathroom powerful warm walk in shower. Warren the owner offers a warm welcome. The continental breakfast arrangement had a good selection. Lovely homemade jams made on the farm made by Becky. I’ve never left without buying a jar to come home with. We also appreciated being able to use the breakfast room to bring in a take away to eat in the evening. Setting very peaceful. Highly recommend. I’m sure we will visit again.

Superb rural peaceful retreat --grounds immaculate as is the accommodation --very well kept and clean Landlord Warren a great conversationalist --well done & thankyou. Plenty of parking and the place easy to find . Pubs fairly local but basic so best to go to Hedon and try the Greek restaurant there --excellent . The do it your self breakfast a great ide and it works
