Para una visita veloz, personal muypoco agradable
De comienzo luce agradable, por el patiecito que tiene, etc, PERO:
- Tiene muebles muy viejos y algo maltratados.
- El sapo del baño tuve que abrir y arreglarlo por que no funcionaba, se quedaba pegado o no jalaba bien (esto en 2 de 4 habitaciones),
- Al salir de paseo en la noche la señora que cuida nos dijo que luego de las 11pm no nos iba a abrir (atención pésima por el personal de la noche)
- Al salir en la tarde de paseo, te obligan a dejar las llaves de tu cuarto, lo cual genera MUCHA desconfianza.
- Las almohadas tienen relleno como tipo algodón de poliéster, en bolitas, muy incómodo.
- Platicamos a volumen bastante bajo afuera de nuestra habitación y nos fue la misma cuidadora malhumorada a callar, siendo que 30 minutos después los mismos cuidadores del hotel o dueños o no sé quien justo frente a las habitaciones en la sección de personal del hotel, estaban borrachísimos discutiendo y gritando con groserías como durante 2 o 3 horas de madrugada.
- La chica en la tarde que hace CheckIn, atendió de manera agradable, pero fue MUY tardado el proceso de check-in, y noté que las hacen escribir a mano una a una las fichas de check-in, se me hace una labor innecesaria y pésimo que pudiendo imprimir "negrién" al personal con tal labor absurda.

I loved staying here! The staff made me feel welcome and helped me with my lack of Spanish. They even got me a taxi to Morelia. I would highly recommend OYO Patzcuaro.

Muy caro para lo ofrecido
Aunque las instalaciones son muy bonitas, la habitación es muy pequeña, además de encimada. El aseo en el baño dejó mucho que desear: había pelos por todo el piso de la regadera. Las amenidades se redujeron a un jabón pequeño y dos bolsas de shampoo.
Quisimos dejar encargadas nuestras cosas (dos mochilas) después de hacer el check out, pero se negaron.
En fin, no me vuelvo a hospedar ahí, y no lo recomiendo.
