The accommodation is generally good, although the interior is a bit worn out. However, it’s well-equipped with everything you might need: a washing machine, microwave, hair dryer, iron – you could easily stay here for an extended period. We stayed for three days and found it comfortable overall. That said, there was one downside that significantly affected our experience – it was almost impossible to sleep at night due to the noise from the street. Since this is located in the very center of Pattaya, the street noise was noticeable even on the 24th floor with all the windows closed.

What an amazing property. The views from the pool over all of Pattaya and the surrounding area are spectacular to say the least. The Edge is an instagram goldmine. The room I stayed in was on the 30th floor, very clean and well maintained. The air conditioners were very quiet and cooled the room down quickly. I especially enjoyed the sliding doors in the balcony/bath tub area, which made for some awesome unobstructed photos and a very cool ambiance when having a bath. The hotel is quite secure with a security detail at the front entrance as well as swipe card access throughout the building.

Contact before check-in and during the stay was excellent the room was very well equipped and had great views, it would be hard to better the location and represented great value for the price would happily recommend and stay again Graham Field need2view.co.uk England

The hostess (Gina Lee) of The Base Central Pattaya was very responsive in text and voice communication. She was kind, very helpful and provided me with a lot of travel and check-in information. The check-in process was seamless and she made effort to let me check-in earlier than usual. The unit was clean and convenient for everything. There were enough amenities included in the unit. The roof-top swimming pool was very nice. We had a pleasant four-days stay. I will definitely book this place again and recommend to others.

I love this hotel my second stay in it. The staff are absolutely fantastic they will go beyond to make families feel welcomed. They have a fantastic kids club with different activities daily and fish feeding. Free shuttle to terminal 21 and it’s located opposite to pattaya central. Walking 5 minutes to the beach very convenient. I will return for future stays too.

Its my 4th stay here and it's gotten better every time, friendly staff that go out if their way, rooms cleaned in a hurry when asked. They added a clothes line since there are washing machines in every room. Wifi is good, only complaint is the elyptical trainer has an issue and the gyms are a bit small.

It was a wonderful stay at Aster Hotel and Residence. The hotel was clean and the cleaning staff did their job well. The staff is friendly and courteous. Mr. Pukky in particular always tried to help me. It's great hotel. You can cook here. Hotel staff can be contacted through the phone only. They'll process everything once you make the call so make sure you can make a call. Everything is perfect about this Hotel.

Similar to a homestay in China, it has a good location and is close to the central shopping mall and convenience stores. The infinity pool on the roof of the apartment building is amazing, and you can see the night view of Pattaya. The customer service response is also very timely. Here I would like to remind the first-time guests. It is best to contact the hotel customer service in advance before going. The hotel does not have a special counter. After you contact the customer service at the hotel, the waiter will come to hand over the key. If the person who booked the room does not contact it himself, no one will tell you how to get the key in advance. That would be very troublesome.
