Worth every penny. But pls pls pls get the elavator issue under control 😂 spent a lot of time in them. Maybe open the 4. One to the customers. But the place is perfekt

Great location in the very center of town. Very nice roof top pool with amazing views of the city. Small gym shared between two buildings so it can be quite crowded. Check in can be confusing as there is no traditional check in counter. Have to wait outside the gate for someone to come and sign you in.

What an amazing property. The views from the pool over all of Pattaya and the surrounding area are spectacular to say the least. The Edge is an instagram goldmine. The room I stayed in was on the 30th floor, very clean and well maintained. The air conditioners were very quiet and cooled the room down quickly. I especially enjoyed the sliding doors in the balcony/bath tub area, which made for some awesome unobstructed photos and a very cool ambiance when having a bath. The hotel is quite secure with a security detail at the front entrance as well as swipe card access throughout the building.

The hostess (Gina Lee) of The Base Central Pattaya was very responsive in text and voice communication. She was kind, very helpful and provided me with a lot of travel and check-in information. The check-in process was seamless and she made effort to let me check-in earlier than usual. The unit was clean and convenient for everything. There were enough amenities included in the unit. The roof-top swimming pool was very nice. We had a pleasant four-days stay. I will definitely book this place again and recommend to others.

I had a perfect experience at Somerset! One of the highlights of my trip in Pattaya is definitely my stay in this hotel. Beautiful lobby, stunning view from the outdoor pool, excellent customer service from every staff. It's really great value for money! I can't even believe I hesitated staying here, because clearly, it's one of the top hotels in the area!

Very nice view on the rooftop during sunset, the room is also very comfortable, they do have washing machine in the room, I was easy to have your clothes cleaned.

It's great hotel. You can cook here. Hotel staff can be contacted through the phone only. They'll process everything once you make the call so make sure you can make a call. Everything is perfect about this Hotel.

This condo building is quite large. Since many condo owners here have their own private rental businesses, my criticism is limited to just one. This room's housekeeping is incredibly negligent. Bed bugs are present on the bed and sofa. We initially experience intense itching, and I later recognized that there was a beg bug problem. There is a blood-like stain on the pillow inside the thin pillow case. The housekeeping staff promised to fix the TV the following day, but after five days, they never show up. Additionally broken is the washing machine for laundry. Again, the housekeeping promised to take care of it the following day, but during my 5 days stay they never show up . Please don't reside here if you require a TM30 for a resident certificate. They can’t issue it like regular hotel.

From checking in to checking out it was a pleasure staying here. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The kids play area staff were so good with my son as were the staff by the pool. We ate by the pool a couple of days and the food was very good quality and reasonable for hotel prices. When I’m next in Pattaya I’ll definitely be looking to stay here again!
