Overall I had a good stay at Mood Hotel Pattaya. The best part is definitely the location—just a short walk to the beach and close to attractions. Easy access to convenience stores, food, and transportation. The hotel decoration looks nice too with all the smiley faces. My room was a bit small but fine for one person. The only downsides were the view, which faced an inside courtyard and felt a bit dark, and some ant issues. I left a couple of pastries out, and they were completely covered by ants in no time! Just a tip: keep your food in the fridge to avoid that!

The hotel has a dark interior upon entering, outside there is a bright garden, creating a contrast. Great hotel lobby I’d say. They gave is some kind of ginger drink before we entered our room, which was refreshing. The room was fine, I guess. A basic hotel room that you can expect. One thing to mention is that the toilet clogs a lot so don’t put tissue paper inside. Overall it was your average good hotel.

As an independent traveler, my main priority was value for money, and this place met all my expectations for accommodation. Overall, it's pretty decent. While it doesn't quite compare to a star-rated hotel (which is understandable given the price point – that's the key takeaway), the environment is perfectly fine. A quick note: you'll need to bring your own personal toiletries. I'd also suggest bringing your own towel and slippers if you have them, or you can easily pick up a pair from a store downstairs.

Of course, i wouldn’t expect anything than my previous mercure experience but still a little disappointed. For hotel condition, you can imagine these factors 1. Mercure standard 2. Water park which people walk in wet 3. Pet friendly 4. Light color carpet Looks a little dirty especially hallway. The elevator is under maintenance since July 18th and no sign for completion at the date of August 11th. This is a little inconvenient as 1 guest elevator is definitely not enough (full one will not stop and our family experience this a few times) The room on the other hand slightly better than the hallway. The front seems to be more useful than it usually is. I pay for extra bed and let them know that i will go to swimming pool. They said they would set the bed up ready when we are back and of course they did not. I went down pick up my delivery food the front ask me if i need the spoon. The request is at least half hour before the spoon sent to my room. Only two plus i would give are 1. considerably walkable to beach and shopping mall. 7-11 is in front of the hotel. 2. My children love the water park (it’s a bit smaller than it looks in the photo tho) All in all, if you are looking for an affordable room with ok location and fun water park for your children not perfectly brand new clean with not very much service this is the hotel for you.

I stayed in this hotel in Pattaya for the first time. I have stayed in Huaxin twice before. The service is a little worse than Huaxin. My daughter did not provide decorations or birthday cakes on her birthday. In the past, Huaxin would have provided them to surprise us. The prices are also higher than Huaxin, and the hotels are relatively old. The water park and swimming pool are very good. In addition, the breakfast is very rich, afternoon tea is OK. There are very few food styles during the Cocktail period. I have to go out and eat again. I feel average after staying for two nights and may not come back again. The staff on the administrative floor are very generous. There is a boy who especially feels hospitable during the breakfast period. I feel that he is hospitable. I especially want to praise it 👍❤️ Can free one night mini bar 👍view is good 。

We loved our stay! We were upgraded for free to a sea-view room on the 12th floor. The morning buffet was fantastic — our child especially enjoyed the donuts and waffles. The room was not large, but everything was thoughtfully designed and of high quality. Everything felt new and fresh. Highly recommended! Good location near Terminal 21 and beach.

Overall, we had a very satisfying stay. Its proximity to the beach made it very relaxing, and the staff were excellent—attentive, clearly well-trained, and dedicated. The location is great, just a 5-10 minute walk from Terminal 21 and very close to the Tiffany Show. This is incredibly convenient for families with elderly members or young children, and getting to other attractions by taxi was also very easy. The hotel features two pools: the infinity pool was wonderful, but the children's pool was, frankly, a bit basic and lacked excitement. However, the adjacent playground with its climbing frame was a big hit and perfect for kids to burn off energy. They also offered various impromptu activities, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was good, though we regret not getting a chance to visit the rooftop.

The hotel is situated right on the beach without any roads obstructing the view, unlike other hotels. There are multiple swimming pools to choose from, catering to different preferences. The hotel lobby offers a spacious and relaxing atmosphere. However, it's worth noting that the rooms and facilities feel somewhat dated. The hallways are safe but have a classic old-school vibe. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, allowing guests to choose according to their preferences. Although the food is delicious and there are many selections, the busy atmosphere during peak times can be overwhelming due to the large number of guests at the hotel. Those using the service may have to wait in line or look for an available seat at times. It’s recommended to go for breakfast during less crowded hours to enjoy the meal more comfortably! If you decide to stay here, I highly recommend choosing a room with a sea view, as it adds great value to your experience. I wouldn't recommend the rooms on the other side that don’t face the ocean, as they tend to feel less worthwhile.

For the price, the location is excellent — very close to the beach, and there’s a 7-Eleven right under the hotel. Everything was good except that the room had some cockroaches, and they charged extra for additional pillows, which I didn’t like.

Stay was pleasant, hotel staff very courteous. Free parking and housekeeping extremely good. Near the beach and all amenities nearby. Able to see the sea from room and balcony.
