Comfort bed, I got a good sleep for 5 nights there!Nice and helpful staff Very good breakfast! the Swimming pool is not big enough, not too much activity for big kid

The room was good in every way except for the smell of cigarette smoke in the room. It was stuck in the fabric and no matter how much I tried to fix it, it didn't go away. This made my stay not good. As for the smell,

The room is spacious and has a balcony, which is good. The water temperature is also sufficient. I will come again. But there are traces on the bedding. It is still good after the waiter changed.

My favorite hotel in Pattaya. Everything is great so i will explain what are my problems with it , which are minor.. The pool is great, but if you like sun you will enjoy it from 9 till 3 since the building are blocking the sun. No balcony in the rooms, can be a problem for smokers. Besides that, amazing place. 👌

Fantastic location with easy access to beach about 1km away. Parking is easily available. Hotel is next to the main road, hence some noise can be heard until late at night. Hotel is a little run down and requires some maintenance and renovation. Service was fine with breakfast provided. Until it improves, i won't come again.

Convenient location, there's a 7-11 just out front so we can easily get midnight snack for late night. Parking is limited but the securities are helpful. Just not impressed that room service hour is very short (only until 6pm) and we couldn't even get a spare key card as we are couple - they said they don't have enough cards available.

Originally I was planning to long stay for more than a month. But then, I had very bad experiences and staffs including the housekeeper do not really follow the Manager instruction during my stay. I decided to check out and find another hotel to stay. It was a nightmare. The Manager is very nice and professional but the staffs especially the housekeeper do not really meet the level of standard. Hotel looks very pretty, but the rooms are old and the air conditioner do not function efficiently. The air cindition blows towards my head in bed. I wonder how it is going to be in the summer time. Some blind spots are dirty and full of dust, especially the air condition. The air condition is not cold enough and sometimes, it stops without cool air out. One can smell the strong cleaning solution or chemicals and santiziers, especially inside your rooms. I have been breathing in all the chemicals they use for the hotel. It is very irritated and made me cough all time. My housekeeper coughs without wearing mask when she is cleaning my room and replacing the new bedsheets on my bed. On my last day stayed at this hotel, my housekeeper replaced all pillows which had been sprayed with air fresher. All my bedsheets and blanket covers are contaminated with their santiziers or cleaning solution. I asked the front desk to exchange me at least 2 pillows without any wired smell. In return, they gave me a pillow with blood stain to me. I was very upset and disappointed. I did not try the swimming pool, but the water looks green and not clear. But the areas around the pools is beauty. Hotel location is not in the center of city and not easy to grab the Baht bus. Wifi signal is not consistently. The new the new hotel has been building and pretty noisy during the days until late nights. There is a 7 eleven close by. Hotel breakfast buffet doesn't have too much variety, almost everyday the same. If one is not irritated by any chemicals and not require to stay close to Pattaya beach, then, you may want to try for short stay if the room price is cheap.

The J hotel/apartment is a group of 3 buildings adjoining located in fact. Exterior look of the three buildings are the same, big rooms inside. Have parking. Two great pools while our visit, one is remodelling. Breakfast place is big and comfortable, food is okay. Although not luxiours decorated, decor was abit traditional/simple Thai style, nevertheless is comfortable for a short vacation compared the price is so attractive in Pattaya. Walking distance to　Ｔｅｒｍｉｎａｌ　２１．　

Plus: - easy check in and check out - big parking area - room on first floor and just near parking - microwave inside room - clean

Very nice view from the 16th floor suite. Very spacious. Would prefer a more new design. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful and polite.
