Overall the hotel is good but plenty of rooms for improvements do exist. Breakfast is the best part of the hotel with various choices. However, there is a room design failure. The shower room is way too large and wasted a space that could have accommodated a nice sofa with a decent small table for guests convenience. On the other hand, Akara does not provide one-time slippers for guests which is not hygienic! How come it can be called a five star hotel?! But the fact is they do have it and can give you not until you call the front desk for it!! It is really bad. Why don’t you put them in place beforehand? Further, nowadays many new hotels purchase high-tech image with all controls of the room confined into a single touch screen which is ironically inconvenient! Appropriate physical buttons existence of controlling anything inside the room is still vital.

The best breakfast buffet line ever!!!!!!!!! First we got a room with non-cool AC. So we called and the hotel sent us to another room. Quick action!

Overall, it is satisfactory. My friends and I are happy to stay here. 👍😊👏 Breakfast this time was okay, but compared to my last visit, it was a bit less delicious. 🙁🤔☕

There is 3 block of hotel. ( swimming pool block , condominium style block ) Please make sure the block you will stay before booking . Hotel reference photo only show the swimming pool block. Beach that cross road is great . Photo attached Overall hotel is in good location and swimming pool block is nice . We expect to stay swimming pool block coz in photo only show that . But city view is condominiums style block . This is the minus point we experienced Other facility such as kid pool is great !

Our second stay in Centara Mirage and it is still a great choice for families, especially considering the water park possibilities. The first room was a little bit smelly (I'm not sure it was fresh paint), but we were lucky and got an other room which satisfied us. One minus, but still 5* star rating for us: the AC is in the lowest mode is still to loud to fall into sleep - the Fan was also to loud. So, during the night it was very warm and we sweat a lot (I felt back into my youth, when spending sommer vacation with my parents in some hotel in the 90's without AC...and yes, we all survived).

Perfect facilities with free drink and snacks. The view is great and the service is excellent

Overall, positive emotions about the hotel. The hotel is in a good location near Terminal 21 and Tiffany Show. The hotel is old but well maintained, the first room came across with ants, we asked to change the room and we were quickly changed. there is a swimming pool for children and adults, water slides. The breakfasts are normal, the assortment varies. the staff tries to help in all matters. Thanks for the rest.

The staff at the concierge were courteous and welcoming. I would like to thank Mr. Add for helping me with all the access to different areas in the hotel and also transportation to Pattaya bus stop. He was extremely friendly and enthusiastic. Khop khun mak mak kha! 🙂 Buggy service drivers were always helpful. They even showed me the way to the street I’d like to buy some street food at!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, Great location close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation.

I am recently stayed at the Mandarin Eastville Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The Japanese-themed room was exceptionally comfortable, with a cozy bed and immaculate linens that added to the relaxing atmosphere. The cleanliness of the room itself was impeccable, which made my stay feel truly rejuvenating. However, I did notice a slight issue with the balcony area: there were bird droppings on the floor and the seat cushions. While this didn’t majorly impact my stay, a bit more attention to outdoor maintenance would elevate the experience. The breakfast selection was a highlight! The variety was impressive, featuring unique options like Thai-style boat noodles and grilled skewers alongside traditional dishes. It catered well to diverse tastes. Lastly, the staff deserves special mention. The front desk team was consistently friendly, approachable, and greeted guests with warm smiles—a small touch that made a big difference. In summary, this hotel offers great value with its comfortable rooms, tasty breakfast, and welcoming service. With minor tweaks to balcony upkeep, it could be flawless. I’d gladly return!
