This hotel is an amazing mark at the front of house has excellent customer service the girls at the front desk were super pleasant I'm definitely impressed with hotel the cleaners fern and nene had our room spotless everyday breakfast is amazing tuktua at the breakfast was so lovely noey was so nice the staff would make me want to come back to this hotel I would definitely recommend this hotel the pool area is amazing the staff surprised me with a birthday cake and made my room look lovely so thankyou

I stayed here for 3 nights. I can say that hotel has beautiful design and architecture, interesting swimming pool idea, good breakfast. BUT after sleeping there first night, I got bites all over my body, room is not clean and clearly has bed bugs that hotel do not take care of. Staff helped me, to move me to another room and I had no problem out there. Now because of those bites I have developed an allergy 2 days later and need to find the way that my clothes and luggage will not get contaminated by bugs and I will not bring then into my house. I would not recommend to stay here!

breakfast is fine, places are ok, this is my third time visit of the hotel. however, its not suitable for swimming during x'mas which is a big holiday. it is preferable to include some hot spring facilities or hot pool for the kids so that it will not be too freezing when enter the water during these seasons. also, the kids room can be renovated, as it is all the same from the first time visit three years back until now. and there were a lot of other nationalities which were quite smelly. there's no discrimination at all, i just would like to point out to improve the ventilation systems. the welcoming birthday gift is great!

Good things - Good room design and accesories after renovation - The beach is just there. - Good Japanese restaurant ”Hagi”. Need to improve - Staff's service mind is under the standard. You will rarely see a smile from the staffs such as Check in counter, Oasis restauraunt and even at Kid's room. - For breakfast, the quantity is good, but the quality and taste are not delicious. Especially, the fruits and bad. - No welcome drink and no complimentary snack or fruit at the room on the first day.

I really liked the hotel. Conveniently located for shopping (near terminal 21), warm pool, comfortable sun loungers. We were placed in a quiet building on the second floor, the windows of the room were always in the shade. Many thanks to the hotel for the wonderful room, as we booked a room overlooking the garden and placed us in a room overlooking the pool. The hotel has excellent breakfasts, if something runs out, they bring it right away. Three types of fruits (pineapple, watermelon, dragon fruit), chicken, meat, sausages, ham, vegetables, pasta, delicious homemade yogurt, pastries. On a separate table they made an omelette to order. Very polite and helpful staff. The only downside is the old washed towels.

This the 2nd time we stayed in Pullman. From the first time we appreciated the location, cleanliness, beautiful beach, good service and friendly staffs especially Tong , Leo and Ammie when we had breakfast. Firstly we wanted to book sea view room but fully booked . Fortunately we got 12th floor room this time which can see sea view. That was very good. For our next leisure trip must be Pullman Pattaya G.

We looove that hotel! We stay here already 3ed time. It’s our favorite location in Pattaya. Rooms are not so big, but there no insects, no bed smells. Everything looks so fresh. Cleaning room everyday. Water 2 bottles everyday. Atmosphere is for chill next to the pool in lobby. Beach 5 minutes walk, is beautiful but not sooo clean water there, but still there possible to swim. Cleanest in pattaya let’s say. My recommendation to hotel change towels, they already a bit tired 😴

The staff at the concierge were courteous and welcoming. I would like to thank Mr. Add for helping me with all the access to different areas in the hotel and also transportation to Pattaya bus stop. He was extremely friendly and enthusiastic. Khop khun mak mak kha! 🙂 Buggy service drivers were always helpful. They even showed me the way to the street I’d like to buy some street food at!

Great hotel. Very good price for weekdays. Very clean and food is really good. The gym is basic but well equipped with cardio machines. The pools are the best from this hotel, and the lobby is lovely, will stay again .

It's not a morden resort but keeping good, about 10 minutes walk to the beach. 5 minutes walk to Terminal 21 shopping mall which located at the opposite side. Convenient transportation. Quite environment.  A nice swimming pool. Clean and hygiene. Staffs are very nice . Warm welcome and smiling at reception counter. Rooms are keeping clean and in order. Value for money.  I have been staying in this resort a few times. Of course, I will come again.
