Hotels in Naklua, Pattaya

This was my third stay here, and unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to my previous experiences. The hotel still boasts many positives, like its excellent facilities and family-friendly focus. However, I felt a noticeable dip in service quality compared to my earlier visits. Two minor changes stood out to me and left a negative impression: 1. Firstly, plastic slippers are no longer provided in the rooms; instead, guests are required to purchase them at the front desk. What's the logic behind this? Considering your hotel specializes in water-based entertainment, are you really expecting guests without their own flip-flops/water shoes to buy them on the spot? Every other family-friendly hotel of this caliber includes plastic slippers as a standard amenity. 2. Secondly, there was no separate energy-saving key card in the room. This meant the room was uncomfortably hot when we first entered. Previously, a dedicated power card was always provided in addition to the two room key cards. This is a basic feature that comparable hotels always offer.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with modern facilities. The staff provided excellent and friendly service throughout my stay. Breakfast was delightful, with a wide selection and good quality food. If I could make one small suggestion, it would be to improve the bathroom amenities — the shower gel and shampoo could be of better quality and easier to use. Adding a body lotion would also make the experience even more complete.

This place is great if you’re on a self-driving trip. It’s quiet and relaxing, though there’s no convenience store nearby. The property has two buildings. I stayed in the back one, but I’m not sure which is newer. Overall, the building is quite nice. I did run into a problem during check-in when they couldn’t find my booking confirmation, but Trip.com handled it quickly and efficiently—big thumbs up for their customer service. The room was comfortable and even had a bathtub. However, like many other reviewers mentioned, the bathroom water system is a real downside. The temperature control is poor—you either get scalding hot or very cold water, and the bathtub water never gets hot enough. Facilities are solid: there are two swimming pools with clean, clear water, plus a gym with good equipment and a sauna. Breakfast is buffet-style with a decent range, from western breads to Asian stir-fried vegetables. But the drink options are limited. For milk, they only provide regular fresh milk—no alternatives. There’s an egg station and a soup station. I asked for a sunny side up, but the chef said they only make omelets, which was a bit strange. At least the omelet was tasty. Overall, breakfast was just okay—acceptable but not very impressive. All in all, it’s a nice hotel to relax at for a holiday. Hopefully, they improve the hot water system soon. Definitely a good choice if you’re traveling by car. but bathroom water system is disappointing me! Otherwise, rating is gonna be high ;)) way to go~

I had a day's break in my stay. Upon checking in again, I was informed that my previous check-out hadn't been processed, which caused a slight delay. Despite that, it was just as good as my last visit. I was surprised to find they had a DJ playing at night. However, the excellent soundproofing meant the music didn't bother me at all, thanks to the sealed windows in the room.

Super nice staff and can call us to check in ealier when the room is ready. Amazing water park, with lots of slides. The floats provided in the water park for adults and kids raised the enjoyment. The free activity- aqua dance & pool game are also good!

Excellent hotel neat,clean, value for money,, rich breakfast,big rooms, recommended for others. I only have the issue that there is no earlier check in even where the rooms were available, waiting till 1:15 pm from 9:30 am.because of their check in time is 2 pm. It's a good hotel .. everything is the same as shown in the pictures.. and more better

I love this hotel! The view from my room is amazing, and I was able to catch the sunset! The room is quite dark, light is quite dim. There is no 7-11 nearby, the hotel provided buggy car every half an hour to a spot nearby Terminal 21. The hotel has a small beach, two swimming pools. Breakfast has a lot of variety, taste much better with stunning view. Staying here one night is definitely not enough, would come back again next time I’m in Pattaya.

The hotel facilities are quite new, and the front desk service was excellent. Our room was spotless. The hotel's location is great, especially since it's quite close to the conference venue. However, dining and shopping options in the immediate area aren't very convenient.

Good value for money. It's a decent place, within walking distance of the terminal. The pool area is good, featuring kids' slides and plenty of sun loungers. There's a swim-up bar for snacks and drinks. The rooms are spacious, and the balconies are nice, equipped with drying racks. There's plenty of shelving and storage space for your belongings. There's a decent cafe right across the street. Breakfasts are average; while you can fill up, they're nothing special. The staff, particularly the woman who checked us in, was awful. We checked in during the evening, and she was immediately unhappy. I had originally requested a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor, but she claimed no such rooms were available, adding, 'If you don't like it, come back tomorrow,' despite our night being pre-paid. Ultimately, we took a room on the first floor and didn't bother to move later, as it actually turned out to be much more convenient. The stairs are steep and high, so elderly guests might find them difficult to climb. We only saw one or two mosquitoes, and on the balcony, there were just red ants, one of which bit me once. Overall, it's a decent hotel for the price. Would I come back? I'd have to think about it twice.

Parking was convenient, and the hotel features its own private beach, which meant we didn't have to worry about the cleanliness issues sometimes encountered on public shores. Service was excellent, and the staff's English was clear and easy to understand, making communication effortless. However, there was an unfortunate incident where children were shouting in the corridor, knocking on doors, and ringing doorbells at 3 AM. While this isn't the hotel's fault, it definitely detracted from my overall experience.
