The location of the hotel and the swimming pool are nice but there are many shortcomings. There was a stove in our room and we went shopping to cook food but the wires of the stove were cut and it was not working.

On arrival for my two day stay I was told I would have to change apartment after one night rather than just stay in the two bedroom apartment they changed me to because of an A/C problem. Most inconvienient but I agreed.
When I got to the apartment I found several problems:
-the kitchen sink was dripping loudly
-the bed linen didn't fit the bed
-one of the showers was extreamly loud
-there were no small lights or down lights at all (other than the ones on the ceiling)
-there were no proper towels (just a piece of nylon material)
-there were only two elevators and they were slow (of course not the owners fault)
I told the owner about the problems and said as I would be moving the following morning (at thier request) I might was well change to a new hotel. I think I quite reasonably asked for a refund for the second night but it was refused. Extreamly disapointing.
Poor value. Terrible service. Don't stay here.
