Whitehouse Condotel

Very clean hotel very clean room on 3rd floor room 311 great selection of free to air channels including movie channels even dedicated Australian channel I am from Melbourne Australia my room had no view double glazed windows nice quiet room nice balcony for coffee and smoking allowed on balcony ashtray provided.The hotel manager was wonderful took me up to my room and showed me operation of tv and A/C which worked well looked brand new water pressure not great but ok water temperature up and down don't know the have rain shower head if pressure is low you don't really feel it. I didn't checkout the pool. Breakfast extremely disappointing looks good on trip.com website breakfast included Alacarte choice of fresh pineapple and watermelon orange juice tea or coffee hot selection choose 1 only from the menu I chose full American bacon 2 eggs cooked the way you like 2 tiny grilled tomatoes here's the kicker sausage baked beans hash browns etc pay extra comes with 2 pieces of toast butter marmalade or strawberry jam. Really. I'm glad I wasn't paying for it no doubt it was built in to the room rate The reason I changed my original hotel booking at another property near this hotel was because of the included Breakfast. They say don't have high expectations The hotel overall was 4/5 And finally housekeepers on my floor June and Ju are an asset to the hotel.

Great hotel at a good price. I come here for many years. Spacious room, good bed, clean linens, lots of towels, fridge. A/C was sa bit loud and toilet set loose. Very clean except a few tiny ants running around on the bathroom sink. Nice rooftop pool with sunbeds, clean water, deep enough for swimming. Great breakfast for two included in the price, I always have the English fry complete with toast, marmalade, orange juice and tea. Remarkable is the British front desk manager, not only because of perfect English but also extremely helpful with everything, like giving tips and ordering taxis. Not to forget that famous Beach Road and Walking Street are not far away.

My usual hotel on Soi 13 was closed when I tried to book for my stay early January 2022. I remember the Whitehouse Condotel next door and was able to book with an immediate response from the Whitehouse Condotel. What is drawing me to Soi 13 is that it is a perfect location for me. Near the beach, mall and entertainment. I was pleasantly surprised the the Whitehouse. Apart from the location, It is super clean, rooms are brights, well lit, immaculate and offer all needed by a traveller. The breakfast is included and always prepared fresh as you order. Room cleaning and restaurant staff was great and always eager to help and please. Special kudos to the manager (Jon) who always was helpful and offered great hints. As an example, he helped me to find the closest hospital for the required 2nd PCR test and got me a cab at a reasonnable price for my journey there. Just great service! Thanks to Jon and staff for having make my 1 week stay enjoyable!

I had a great two nights in this hotel. I had a wonderful stay at Whitehouse Condotel. The room was impeccably clean and incredibly quiet, providing a peaceful retreat. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Great quiet location.The bed was really firm. Breakfast was okay with not a lot of options and had watermelon and pinapple available.
