The building is old (especially the bathroom and air conditioning), but there is an elevator, so if you are prepared, it's not a big problem. Good location. Convenient to go anywhere in Pattaya.
Weak shower water pressure. Old kettle. (We recommend bringing your own kettle and amenities). There are convenience stores and shopping malls nearby, so you won't have any trouble eating, drinking, or shopping.
It's located deep in an alley, so it's surprisingly quiet for Pattaya. This is good. (It can be a bit noisy at night, but it's tolerable.)
The hotel staff are all nice and kind, and keep a reasonable distance, so it's very comfortable.
Overall, I think it's fine for a solo male traveler at this price. It's very convenient. I'd definitely come back.

The only plus is the location. The reception is extremely unfriendly, they answer with great dissatisfaction and irritation. In the three-bed room on the small bed there is the oldest blanket and torn sheets, without a duvet cover. A very tired hotel.
