The noise of the air conditioner outdoor unit on the balcony was so loud that I couldn't rest in the room. After I asked to change rooms, the building had a power outage for several hours in the middle of the night and I was awakened by the heat and couldn't sleep. I couldn't get through to the front desk because of the power outage. I didn't understand the situation at all when I lived on the tenth floor. The hotel didn't explain or compensate me the next day... Except for the fact that it was close to the downtown area and the breakfast was good, the whole experience was very bad...

The hotel lobby is nice, but the room is really bad. The corridor is not soundproof. It's very bad. The corner of the bed is too sharp. I scratched my legs twice. When I checked out, I told them that the bed sheet was stained with blood. However, Ctrip customer service was very good and helped to solve it.
