ホテルの立地は、パタヤビーチにもセカンドストリートにも徒歩圏内なので、どこにでもアクセスしやすかったです。ホテルの周りにナイトスポットが集まっているので、深夜とか少し騒音がありました。部屋も十分の広さでアメニティも揃っていました！ただ5つ星かというと、どちらかというと4つ星に近いかなと思いました。

良い点
-どこへいくにも超便利な圧倒的なロケーション（わざわざSoi7に泊まるのですから、夜中まで外が騒がしいことには文句は言えません）
-品数は少ないが朝食はおいしい
悪い点
-部屋が下水臭い。決して匂いに敏感な方ではないのですが、チェックインして案内された部屋は堪えられず替えてもらいました。替えてもらった部屋はずっと良くなりましたが、それでもやはりそこはかとなく匂います。建物として排水に問題があるのでしょうか。
-屋上のプールは、遠くに海が見えるのはいいのですが、ホテルのプールというよりビアホール会場という感じの微妙な雰囲気。
-レースのカーテンがない。遮光ガラスなのかもしれませんが、昼間シャワーを浴びる時は気を使います。
「飲み物食べ物の部屋への持ち込み禁止」（そんなこと守る客はいないでしょうが）とか、バンコクやパタヤのこのレベルのホテルとしては水準以下の従業員のホスピタリティとか、期待していた割に総じて残念なことが多かった宿泊でした。

It's a convenient environment for solo travelers. It's surrounded by beer bars, so it may be noisy for couples and families.
There's also a massage parlour right in front.
The room was clean, but the drainage was poor.
The pool is almost private and there is also a sauna. The sauna and pool are a little far away.

Great stay in lovely affordable hotel.
Location is Soi 7 between Beach Road 1 and 2.
Near bars and entertainment areas.
Great place to stay to check out the local Thai girls.
Swimming pool and breakfast are good.
Room is comfortable and clean.
I would recommend especially for single men.
