⛔️ This hotel is scamming people on the deposit ⛔️
They ask for 500 THB upon check in but at least half the guests I observed (including me) did not get their deposit back. If you ask for a receipt they will issue it in Thai but write on there “for the purposes of a nice place to stay.” It’s very bad! In my case they claimed I caused damage to the room when no damage existed before check in. They removed the sheets and showed me stains (yuck!) and blamed them all n me. Another guest they accused of stealing towels. A third guest they accused on leaving the wrong towels. It’s best not to stay here, but if you do, make sure to take photo or video of your room when you check in.
Luckily Trip.com refunded my deposit for me but I don’t know that this can be relied upon in the future. The employee below is the one scamming people so watch out for her!
