Wonderful hotel. I have been staying there for several years, great location, across the road from the sea, 300m to the market, 50m to the store, downstairs a good restaurant with an extensive menu of both Thai and European cuisine. By the way, there are Elvis concerts every weekend, very popular. The rooms have everything you need. They are beautifully decorated in a marine theme. The staff is always ready to help, polite, with a good sense of humor. Perhaps the only thing I missed was a pool, but then the hotel would cost different money. I will definitely go back there again.

Always a great stay here. This is the second time we've stayed at the Boat House and we will definitely be back. Had the sea view room and its great to sit and relax on the balcony. Rooms are cleaned daily and you get free water and shampoo/shower gel. Workers see very friendly. There's a nice restaurant downstairs but didn't have time to eat there this time as we didn't have breakfast included. A good all in one place to relax, eat, drink, sleep and have a lovely holiday in Jomtien.

This was a lovely place.
The staff were warm and welcoming.
The rooms are a decent size and the beds are comfortable. We had a great view of the beach and a balcony we could sit on to watch the sun go down. We were given a kettle for the room when requested. The rooms were cleaned daily and were spotless.
The only gripe was the lighting in the bathroom was so dull and the shower was not hot but apart from that, we had a pleasant stay and would go back again.
