Nice clean friendly Hotel on Second Road and also near the Beach.One thing is missing a direct entrance.You must walk and carry your heavy luggage up some steep stairs and through a Pizzeria Restaurant.Also shower water not hot !

Loc of hotel a bit noise because of the bar next to it ,staff are helpfull n polite.

I love this hotel, but they never clean the room. You always have to ask. The location is perfect. The property is located next to both the sea and one of the main connecting roads of Pattaya. Nearby there are also supermarkets, and 3 shopping centers. I repeat the only problem is that they never clean the rooms so they did not even give clean towels and water unless you ask. for the rest everything is perfect. The staff very collaborative. I forgot that downstairs, on the ground floor there is also an excellent Italian restaurant.
