Yes, it is not 5 stars. But everything you need is there. The room is old - that's true. But it is clean, large, there is an area with chairs and a table, a large good balcony, a large refrigerator, the air conditioner works properly and is not noisy. The location is ideal - two minutes walk to the sea, 7-eleven diagonally across the road.

Overall, I liked the hotel. It's an old building with wooden floors and furniture. The equipment has seen its share of wear, but everything is solid and functional. It's perfectly quiet, the sounds from the street don't reach us at all. We arrived during the Thai New Year, and it didn't interfere with our sleep at all, although the locals were partying hard. There are establishments with Thai and European cuisine of different price categories, shops, and an exchange office with an average city rate nearby. Cons: the balcony doors were banging from the wind, get your socks ready to plug the cracks. The cleaning was mediocre, the bed linen may not have been changed at all. The trash was taken out, fresh towels every day, small soap was brought twice in 13 days, we bought our own. There is toilet paper, but no shampoo, you have to buy it.

The hotel is located near the sea. Nearby, at the 7-Eleven store, is the most profitable currency exchange. The room is excellent, spacious. At our request, they gave us an electric kettle. They cleaned every day. Toilet paper and water were always available. There is a hanger for drying clothes on the balcony. The only minus (not for me) is a narrow, steep staircase.

Extended my stay at the hotel for 3 nights. There was no kettle, asked for one - they gave it to me. There is a small cafe and a nail salon downstairs. The prices and quality are quite acceptable.

Excellent inexpensive family hotel by the coast. Great respect to the owners. Anyone who needs a room for the night will find everything here. The rooms are clean, the service is unobtrusive. The second time here, I will come again.
