Great value, but of course don't expect much from the room.
Pros: very nice and helpful staff, good gym is included, the breakfast is a set meal, but very full too. I've tried all 4 options and liked everything (although sometimes it was a long waiting time), room has a good large working desk
Cons: room is quite basic, bad soundproofing, safe box is small, can't put laptop inside.
The biggest problem for me was that there isn't enough light in the room in the desk area.So it's hard to work after it's getting dark outside. Please put a table lamp there, that will solve the issue

The gym is the biggest and best in Pattaya. The room condition is good value for money. The night market is a 3-minute walk away, and Walkie Street is a 15-minute walk away. There is a convenience store across the street.

All staff were extremely helpful and very polite at all times. Great location with laundry and 7 eleven across the road. 15 min walk to centre or 5 min in a bolt.
