The accommodation service is very good. The room is clean and spacious. And they accept dogs and cats (+200/dog). If I have a chance, I will definitely use the service again.

Old and dilapidated hotel and the cleaning is not good. The hotel entrances are dirty and maintenance equipment such as paint and accessories were thrown at the hotel entrances. Unfortunately, there is an old lady who does not respect the guests and attacks them. You must be careful when staying at the hotel and not ask her any requests or questions. Perhaps she wants to alienate the guests from staying at the hotel and wants to cause losses to the hotel owner. When requesting or asking about any service, she refuses and raises her voice, but you must be careful with her. A piece of advice, do not talk to her. Try to avoid her. She is an old woman who is not respectful at all, so avoid talking to her. There is an employee at the buffet who treats guests well, another lady at the reception and the cleaning lady, their treatment is good, knowing that there is no cleaning of the rooms and the rooms are old and dilapidated and there is no elevator in the hotel. I always stay away from hotels that have disrespectful or ill-mannered employees and avoid continuing to stay in such hotels. If you find a hotel with a person with ill-mannered employees, avoid staying or continuing to stay in the hotel because this indicates that the hotel owner and manager have no morals and try to avoid the employees because they are like their manager and have bad morals.
