Our experience at the Altera Hotel was very disappointing. The room facilites were clearly fell below four-star standards.
1.The room facilities were dilapidated, the door frame and the inside of the wardrobe had damages.
2.The hygiene level was poor.
3.The air conditioner was noisy.
4. The water pressure was low of the shower, and also had problem with adjusting the hot and cold water temperature.
5. The sound insulation was not good, often heard the car noise outside, which affected our sleep at night.
After we complained, the hotel changed another room for us on the next day. Although the facilities were still old, it was better than the previous room.
