Apart from being close to the beach and central mall, there are no advantages. Don't stay here if you are afraid of heat. The air conditioner really doesn't keep you cool, which is very important.

It's like a hotel from the 1800s. It's so old, the room itself smells, and the air conditioner smells horrible. I absolutely do not recommend it. The windows don't open, so you can't ventilate. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Some rooms leak when there is a downpour.
There is a bathtub and hot water comes out if you wait 3 minutes.
The only amenity provided is soap.
Even if you don't have room cleaning service, they will leave 2 bottles of water and toilet paper in front of the door.
The place is old but considering the value for money and location I was very satisfied.

I stayed there just for the location and the 4th floor pool view. The facilities are old and the staff are all messed up. But the view and location make up for it.

Now still live here. To my mind one of the best option in Pattaya. Awesome view to the see
Deep pool on the 4 floor.
Very good atmosphere here. Nobody bother you. Personnel is attentive. Yes, the hotel is rather old but all works.
They even have beer opener in the room
