The room was on the 5th floor, a balcony facing the yard. There was an air conditioner on the balcony, and it was about to take off. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The facilities are old, but that's to be expected considering the price. Breakfast was cheap at 160 baht, but the quality was just average. The breakfast area was on the first floor, next to the lobby, and there was no air conditioning, so it was hot. I was lucky to get a corner room on the sixth floor with a slight ocean view. The shower had a bathtub and a curtain, so the hot water didn't leak out. The lack of a tissue box in the room was a negative. Check-in was at 2:00, but they let me in at 1:00.
