A good hotel, but a little shabby, not new. The hotel is for those who do not care about staying near the sea. The staff is friendly, polite. The beach is 10 minutes leisurely. No frills, but clean and quiet. A small pool is in the shade. Breakfast with a small selection, but you will not go hungry. Nearby 7/11. I recommend.

It is located in downtown Jomtien Beach,
and is conveniently close to the bus stop for the airport.
The hotel is a little old, but clean and spacious.
The air conditioners in the rooms are for home use and are old and weak.
I wish the quality of the amenities was improved a bit.

As a frequent guest at this hotel I'm saddened by the appearance of beer bars next door to the property which this time made my stay much less enjoyable. The noise could be heard until the early hours of the morning.
Closing the open window vent in the bathrooms would be a good idea as the bathrooms are already ventilated by a fan anyway. A lot of noise penetrates there. Also weatherstripping around the front door ?
Still a good hotel but not quite the bargain it used to be.

Hotel for one night. Old stock, but they clean. The restaurant was being renovated, it smelled of paint. Near the bus station and close to the road where tuk-tuks go.
