The hotel is excellent, some repairs are needed. The territory is small, but very cozy. We checked in quickly and without problems. The room has 2 separate beds, a TV stand, a wardrobe, a shoe rack, a small table and one chair. Bed linen and towels are snow-white, changed every day. There is always hot water in the shower. Soap, shampoo, toothbrush, washing paper. Kettle, bottled water, tea, coffee daily. The air conditioning works great, each room has its own router. Wi-Fi in the room and in the lobby. The hotel is located near the sea, tuk tuks go nearby in both directions, 5 minutes walk to Jomtien South Station, 5-7 minutes to the sea, 1-2 minutes by tuk or 15-20 minutes on foot to Jomtien Night Market. Across the road between the Zing Resort Hotel and the Agata Hotel, there is a massage for the blind for 200 baht. The staff is responsive. The pool is small and there are only 8 sun loungers, but there is space. This is not our first time visiting this hotel and we will definitely come again.

The hotel is made with love, very colorful. The pool fits in beautifully with the trees hanging over it. Initially, we booked a superior standard, but when we entered it, we realized that it is difficult to live here for more than 2-3 days, only for temporary residence. The room is small, so we paid extra and took a junior suite. There were no available deluxe rooms. The junior suite is perfect for 3 people, the room has two beds: king size and one and a half. There is a mini-kitchen with dishes and a sink, as well as a large refrigerator. A little shabby, but everything is clean and works. The only minus is the large old air conditioner - noisy. Large loggia overlooking the pool. Breakfasts are good and varied, but there were often spicy dishes, some were too much even for me, a lover of spicy food. There was always thick yogurt with cereal, which is surprising for a three-star hotel. You shouldn't count on an omelet or scrambled eggs, they only cook regular scrambled eggs and refuse any other option. The soups are delicious, different types of meat, vegetables and fruits. Instant coffee, some comments mentioned a coffee machine, but there isn't one. The breakfasts are decent, you won't go hungry. The hotel is located at the crossroads of Tepray and Jomtien, next to a delicious Thai market with food and a small fruit market.

Неплохой отель за свои деньги, цена завтрака завышена. Небольшой и мелкий бассейн. Рядом с кафе и ресторанами, до южного автовокзала в Бангкок 15 мин пешком, до пляжа около 15 мин пешком. Для пребывания на несколько дней вполне хороший вариант.

I stayed at this hotel for the 2nd time. This time the room was much better, in building A with a balcony overlooking the pool. In terms of price-quality ratio, it's a very decent option. The rest was slightly spoiled by a herd of Polish girls hanging out by the pool from morning until night and occupying all the sun loungers. But the hotel itself and the staff are good, maybe I'll come there again.
