The biggest advantage of the old five-star hotel is its good location. There is a 7-Eleven just 100 meters away from Aiyara Palace. There is a Chinese supermarket, massage parlor, restaurant downstairs, and a large supermarket diagonally opposite. It is 4-500 meters to T21, the beach, and the night market.

Clean small hotel in quiet part of Pattaya. Good view of Pattaya beach but likely a long walk to the beach.
No frills hotel, you get what you pay for. Advantage is that this hotel has parking.
