Close to Terminal 21 mall but.. small room. Noisy from street view window. Air-conditioner too close to bed. Not recommended for couple.

The hotel itself is wonderful, the location is excellent, opposite the Terminal, the rooms are clean, the breakfasts are good. Two disadvantages in this hotel are mosquitoes and the sea.

I knew the resort from 2018, when everything was very old and worn. Since then, it's been renovated, and I was intrigued.
The resort is incredibly beautiful and very well located. There are certainly still some improvements to be made here and there, but you can tell that the staff is very dedicated and takes good care of their guests. I would be happy to book Sunshine Garden again.

The location of the hotel is great, across the road from Terminal 21, the entrance to the hotel is opposite the roundabout where the fountains are. Everything is green, quiet, although the main road is nearby. The staff is very polite and welcoming and fulfills all our requests. Everything is very clean, cleaning every day, change of bed linen and towels. Every day 2 bottles of water, 2 tea bags, coffee, cream and sugar. Breakfasts are 5+, always soup with meatballs or minced meat with rice, omelet, scrambled eggs, toast with egg, bacon, sausage, sausages, ham, baked potatoes with cheese, rice, several types, yogurt, 3 types of fruit, bread, toast, buns, jam, cheese! Juices, milk, dry breakfasts, boiled vegetables, salads, classical music playing, I really liked the hotel, I will definitely come again!!!

Excellent value for money.
The room is clean, has everything you need (including a wardrobe, clothes dryer, refrigerator, glasses, mugs).
The location is excellent: Terminal 21 shopping center is nearby, the central beach is within walking distance, massage parlors, markets, tuk-tuk stop are nearby.
The breakfasts are excellent (but you shouldn't count on a variety of fruits, fortunately in the evenings a cart with peeled fruits drove up to the hotel).
