Whether you see the location in the middle of Soi Buakhao, between LK Metro and Tree Town as an advantage or a disadvantage is up to you. The building is old but clean. The music from the bar opposite is loud at night, but earplugs were provided by the pillow. There was a veteran woman at the reception who spoke Japanese. A deposit of 500 baht is required.

It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep until midnight. There was no toothbrush or anything like that. Other than that, it was okay because the people next to me were noisy. The quality of the sheets was also terrible.

Have stayed here in the past as it was a decent value for the location. A bit worse for wear now and they were unable to provide a room safe for all the rooms, including the two available at the time. Reception is also painfully slow in spite of their process, which leaves some employees standing around while one tries to finish the bookings for everyone. Will look elsewhere and only as a last resort here again.
