The hotel is good value and the facilities are fine. My room had a nice balcony overlooking the town. It’s quite quiet at night time considering the area is quite near a lot of crazy bars. Staff are patient in the circumstances..

A Nightmare Stay: Cockroaches, Lies, and a 3 AM Battle for My Money
I booked this hotel for six nights, thinking it looked decent in the pictures. Big mistake. After checking in and heading out for dinner with my wife, we returned to discover the room wasn’t just ours, it was home to a full-blown cockroach infestation. Disgusted, I contacted Trip.com, expecting some level of support. Their brilliant advice? “Tell the hotel.”
So, I did. The hotel flat-out refused to refund me. I pushed harder, but they held their ground. At this point, I turned back to Trip.com, thinking surely they’d step in. Instead, I spent hours until 3 AM
fighting with them, only to be stonewalled at every turn. With no choice, I had to book another night just to have a place to sleep.
It took six days of relentless back-and-forth to finally claw back my refund, and even then, they tried to shortchange me at every opportunity. The hotel was a disaster, Trip.com was useless, and the entire experience was an absolute nightmare. Stay far, far away from both.

When I made the reservation, I asked for a smoking room, so I did
There was no mention of smoking when I checked in
When I went into the room, there was an ashtray in the room
I knew that smoking was allowed in the room, so I smoked a cigarette
But when I checked out, they threatened me
They called the police, paid 2,000 baht, and told me to leave after paying the 300 baht deposit
I never want to go to such an absurd lodging facility again
