Great view from the window, parking, hair dryer, 4 or 5 elevators - no problem with going up and down at any time

The actual accommodation wasn’t too bad for the price we paid. We were in a room on the 36 floor and it was a fairly nice view. That is the positives! We were three mature adults visiting family and friends in Thailand and were mostly using the Condo for sleeping. We were accused of flooding the balcony with water which the host said had upset other guests and we were told we had a fine of 2500bht to pay. Yes, one evening we put our wet swimwear on the balcony airer to dry. We were told this was unacceptable! If this is so then why is there a washing machine and airer on the balcony? I tried phoning the host who was called Abundance but at first he wouldn’t pick up and when he did finally speak he was unhelpful and rude to me. We were strangers in a foreign country and were made to feel scared and uncomfortable. Luckily it was our only bad experience during our three week visit to Thailand. We moved on to other accommodation and had a lovely time. Would I recommend the Unixx? The answer is no it is a cold unfriendly place and its location to Pattaya beach is about a twenty minute walk away.!

It’s an Ok venue for the price , I booked an apartment … I found the staff very unhelpful on two occasions ..they just could not be bothered to answer a few simple questions about the hotel .. Location not good Unless you want to get a taxi everywhere

中國人第一次出鏡。可以打到90分。大樓很漂亮，有兩個游泳池，大草坪可以踢球。一室一廳，客廳的沙發可以變成床，額外給了床品。房間很乾凈，有陽台和洗衣機以及冰箱。雖然沒有前台，但辦理入住和退房都很便捷。酒店的位置不錯。去格蘭島步行10分鐘到。周邊也有很多好吃的。
