古いコンドミニアム
他の方が書かれている通り古さは否めませんが、価格から考えると部屋は広く、日中に室内にいても圧迫感はありません。
おそらくコンドミニアムの部屋を宿泊施設として使用していると思われ、ミニキッチンとして水道設備や食器類、電子レンジ、ケトル、大型の冷蔵庫などがあるので、設備としては揃っています。
立地は、ソイブアカオのいちばん端にあり、徒歩でソイブアカオに行けるので夜の繁華街に繰り出すのに便利です。

einmal Stromausfall von fast 15 Std. und auch kein Wasser zum Duschen bzw. Toilette und keine Benachrichtigung an den Gästen, ein zweites Mal ein kurzfristiger Stromausfall von ca. 25 min.

Noisy due to coaches next door hotel
We were given room 223 which was okay but basic. The main problem was our room backed onto another hotel with the coach parking underneath our bedroom window. Coaches were coming and going all hours of the evening and morning so very little sleep.
