We think that for this price, it's okay. If you want something better, you have to pay more. Personally, I didn't sleep well the first night. The room next to me on the 2nd floor walked, talked, and ran with a group of men. But the room was good, so it had a balcony behind the room. The bed was big. Sigh... On the 2nd night, I slept very well and it was quiet. But the bathroom light didn't work. The floor caved in at the entrance to the bathroom. There was no balcony. Overall, for this price, I give it 7/10. I didn't take any pictures.

Got a very old room. Maybe because I booked through the app or not, I don't know. That's why I got an old room with a musty smell. But got a room that was old and had a musty smell. Not okay at all. The air conditioner is old but very cold.
The picture shown before booking looks very good. (The product is not as advertised)
As for the bill, for the government agency that took it to claim, we asked and asked again since the check-in day. On the 1st day, we still didn't get an answer. On the 2nd evening, we got the answer that the accommodation will not issue a bill. Come and ask with the app that you booked. (Before booking, I called the accommodation and asked that they can issue a bill according to the price booked.)
The real facilities are that there is a hair dryer, but no hair cap. Everything else is there.
As for breakfast, the rice porridge is not hot at all.
