酒店比較新，各項設施都比較不錯，乾淨，整潔，性價比很高。但是床頭沒有插座，這個很差勁。工作人員整體素質和感覺需要提升。

舒適版度假酒店感覺，非常好，遠遠超出預期！！衞生 環境 設施 服務 都很好！最開始給的一號樓朝東就是大馬路的房間，感覺不好就換了，二號樓最好，和泳池最近也不遠！不到六百性價比無敵了我覺得

location is a bit far away from the beach and it’s not nearby the main touring area like terminal 21 / central marina / walking street. however there are local shops nearby the hotel and the hotel’s cleanliness is ok.
the room does not have toothbrush or hair comb, but you may call the front desk and the housekeeper would send the amenities to the room swiftly. that’s a very good point
however front desk staff’s english needs to be improved as i tried to talk to staff in english by phone call and they could not understand me just asking about how much deposit the guest has to pay upon check in. the staff mentioned that no deposit is needed & i was told by the staff that i have to pay 1000 baht as deposit when i arrived. its not a big matter to pay deposit but the staff gave wrong information.
