The price-quality ratio is normal. The location is excellent, the beach is nearby. 7/11 is nearby.
There were 2 bottles of cold water in the room in the refrigerator - this is super! In the heat, just right. There is air conditioning. A normal bed. After the flight, we slept on it like babies. There is Wi-Fi. They did not take a deposit from us.
There are a couple of BUTs:
- there was hair on the floor and on the bed.
- the bathroom is shabby
- there is a running water heater, the water is cool
- and through the air vent they pump in the smell of aromatic sticks like an air freshener - by the morning my head hurt.

I highly recommend this place for those who are coming to visit the beach. It is close to the beach. At night, you can sit on the beach and it is also close to the big market. There is a 7-Eleven at the entrance of the alley.

ห้องพักกว้างมากกกก เหมาะสมราคา รูปแบบห้องดูใหม่ แอร์เย็น เตียงหลับสบายค่ะ ตัวที่พักไม่มีลิฟท์ แต่เดินไม่เหนื่อยค่ะ ส่วนตัวพักชั้น4
ห้องที่ได้พักเฟอร์นิเจอร์เริ่มเก่าแล้ว มีชำรุดหลายที่เป็นจุดๆ ไฟโต๊ะข้างเตียงเปิดไม่ติด เวลาแต่งจะหน้าต้องไปยืนแต่งในห้องน้ำแทน
พัก 3 วัน 2 คืน วันที่2ออกไปข้างนอกพอกลับมา มีน้ำมาวางเพิ่มให้ในห้อง อันนี้ขอติเลยนะคะไม่โอเคตรงที่เข้าห้องแขกโดยที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาติ เพราะเราไม่ได้แจ้งว่าให้เข้ามาทำความสะอาดแต่อย่างใด เลยคิดว่าไม่สมควรเข้าห้องมาโดยพาลการแบบนี้โดยไม่การแจ้งให้ทราบ (วันที่มาพักวันแรกตอนเดินขึ้นห้องเดินผ่านห้องนึงเห็นมีการวางน้ำไว้หน้าห้อง เลยคิดว่าถ้าหากอยากจะเติมน้ำให้วางไว้ก็ได้ค่ะ)
และ ตลอด 2 คืน ห้องไม่เก็บเสียงเลยไม่ว่าจะจากห้องข้างๆหรือรอบๆที่พัก ดึกๆเวลาที่เป็นยามวิกาลแล้วตรงที่พักมีเสียงดังมากๆบริเวณบาร์ข้างล่าง ดังแบบคนโหวกเวกโวยวาย(เหมือนคนเมา) ช่วงประมาณ ตี2,3 ก็ยังคงดังอยู่ ดังจนไม่สามารถนอนได้ อาจเป็นเพราะย่านท่องเที่ยวด้วย ดีที่มีที่อุดหูเลยใส่ทำให้นอนหลับได้
โดยรวม โอเคค่ะ ชอบที่ห้องกว้าง นอนสบาย ถ้าคนที่ไม่ซีเรียสหรือมีปัญหาเรื่องเสียง น่าจะไม่มีปัญหาอะไรค่ะ
