Шикарный отель, сервис на высоте. Заселили раньше времени, чистота идеальная, персонал вежливый и спешит на помощь при любом обращении.Удобное расположение, шопоголикам рай, в торговый центр Терминал 21 доступ из отеля. Завтраки очень разнообразные, рекомендую к посещению!

位置較好，挨着最大的商場，酒店整體比想象小一點，床單上有一點點臟東西，但總體衞生尚可，最介意的是枕頭非常的高，沒有低枕頭可以換，睡着很累，酒店可以考慮改進

The best of the many hotels l have stayed in in Thailand.
Breakfast is good but busy after 09:00.
The recreation facilities and activities are good.
I played football, table football, table tennis, air hockey and pool. All free.
Room soft drinks and snacks are free.
The hotel does not sell alcohol anywhere!
But you can drink off site purchased alcohol in bars and restaurants.
I ate in the rooftop restaurant twice again it is good.
I would recommend this hotel.
In fact l have booked another stay for my next trip to Pattaya - the paradise city.

excellent food and service. If possible , can try to have one or two more English movie channel with Thai subtitles, then it would be great.
