The water flow is sufficient and strong, and the air conditioner is also very cold. The only drawback is that the quilt is a blanket that is very prickly and looks dirty. However, they gave me a sheet-like cushion, but it was still not comfortable enough to sleep on. Big C is downstairs, which is very convenient.

Absolutely perfect room, great location.. it's only 20 min'ish walk to Soi 5 area and the large night market. Nearby is Terminal 21 and Soho Chinatown. This hotel is in a very central area but quiet at night.. can't hear anything outside. The room is massive, clean, 2 single beds, fresh towels, water, fridge, toilet paper, and the TV has many channels. Was staying here for 3 days and had the classic MTV 90s channel on all day, non-stop music videos , commercial -free. Was really surprised they had a MTV channel. Outside had a balcony with a large sink - convenient to wash clothes and dry them on the rack, dries very fast in the Pattaya heat. Was washing my clothes everyday here, no need to go to laundromat. They don't have shampoo or shower gel but not a problem for me, can buy for cheap at Watson's, Boots, or 711. The building is huge and got many rooms and floors.. next time I come to Pattaya I will be staying here. Excellent hotel, best one I stayed at so far in Thailand

This is not our first time staying at this hotel, this time we stayed on the top floor, the pros are low price, cleanliness and order, excellent water pressure, new flow-through water heater, excellent fresh inverter air conditioner, private balcony with sink, you can wash fruit, cable TV with a bunch of channels in different languages, including Russian.
Cons: noise from the road nearby, not fresh furniture but it didn't bother us. We will be happy to come back again.
