Basically no service to speak of! The air conditioner is always leaking, and it leaks again the next day after it is fixed. The location of the hotel is still okay, near 7-11, Robinhood, and some local restaurants. Price and taste are OK.

We had a family vacation with two children aged 9 and 12. We stayed for three nights. Not a bad hotel, we took a room with two double beds, there was enough space. The toilets are strangely shaped, they take up a lot of space. The balcony is small, but the view of the pool is good. The children definitely liked the pool and the adults too 👍 you have to ask to turn on the slide. The breakfasts are good, my daughter is picky about food, pancakes, waffles and fruit with yogurt helped out.
The location is convenient, it's a 10-minute walk to the festival, tuk-tuks are within walking distance. The pier is also a 15-minute walk away if you want.
The room has a compact safe and a small refrigerator.
